GENERAL INFORMATION
♦ I reserve the right to accept or reject any commission requested
♦ Reference images are needed. Additionally, you can add a short description of what you want in the commission. Be sure to let me know any important details
♦ It is not allowed to remove my signature from the commission. Minor edits can be made to the commission with some exceptions
♦ Response time is between 1 to 3 business days
♦ I have the right to share the finished commission on my social media and portfolio unless there’s a request not to
process
♦ Step 1: following the commission request, a sketch is made. You can ask for corrections before proceeding to the next step.
♦ Step 2: after the sketch is approved, pose or composition are final. Line art work starts and some adjustments for form or size can be requested.
♦ Step 3: after the line art is approved, base color work starts. You can only request color corrections here.
♦ Step 4: No additional corrections can be requested. Final shading is done and the commission is delivered as a PNG file. Depending on the commission, the PNG will be delivered with or without background.
♦ Requests that incur in additional costs:
Backgrounds / Props / Extra character / a hard pose or composition / commercial use
About uses
♦ Works are for personal use
♦ Don’t redistribute, reproduce, edit, or resell my work if it is not a commercial commission
♦ Prices may differ if you need commercial use or reproduction. A quote will be made according to your needs
♦ Digital works only. A PNG file will be delivered once the work is done
♦ It is forbidden to resell my work without express authorization
♦ I have all the rights and ownership over the commissioned art
♦ Edits are forbidden. Don’t use my art in your portfolio
♦ Posts on social media are allowed, provided you give proper credit or don’t remove the watermark. You can use the art for profile pictures or banners as long as you provide credits in your profile or summary
Payment / Cancellation / Refunds
♦ PayPal with USD only
♦ Payment is done like this: 50% upfront before starting work and 50% after completing the commission. You can also pay full price upfront
♦ There’s no refunds once the work starts
♦ Refunds and additional revisions ARE NOT ALLOWED after finishing the commission
♦ Refunds can be requested BEFORE starting the commission
or don’t remove the watermark. You can use the art for profile pictures or banners as long as you provide credits in your profile or summary
Estimated completion times
♦ Commissions can take from one week up to two months. It depends on the complexity of the work, number of requested revisions, and available time
♦ Commissions are done on a first come, first served basis
♦ You can request to check the process of your commission
